France and Spain first to receive fully integrated cloud communication platform.
Panasonic has launched its first fully integrated cloud communication platform, called UC-Line, to offer businesses across Europe a Unified Communications (UC) solution fit for the future. UC-Line combines Panasonic’s leading range of SIP phone units with voice over IP, video conferencing and a powerful suite of unified communications tools. The service is available in France and Spain, through Panasonic’s extensive channel partner network, with other European markets rolling out in early 2020.
For Enterprise and SME customers, UC-Line delivers business communications using tcloud technology. Businesses can connect multiple office locations and remote workers effortlessly; customise numbers, users, permissions and devices to match their needs and receive free upgrades and maintenance automatically pushed through the cloud platform – eliminating the need for on-site servers and expensive call outs. All UC-Line services, such as SIP trunk or future-ready UC hosted PBX, are available and compatible with Panasonic’s existing PBX systems and SIP phone line-up.
Panasonic has developed UC-Line in close partnership with Blueface, the global cloud-based UCaaS and collaboration technology provider, following a technology partnership agreement between the two companies in 2018. The working relationship has already delivered similar successful Panasonic services in North America.
Carlos Osuna, Head of Business Unit at Panasonic Communications Solutions, said: “Panasonic has built its legacy on innovation and UC-Line is a truly world class, integrated cloud UC offering for our European partners and customers. The strategic technology partnership with Blueface delivers a best-in-class unified communications solution seamlessly integrated to our SIP device and PBX product portfolio.”
Alan Foy, Group CEO, Blueface, added: “Panasonic and Blueface have joined forces to develop a differentiated, robust and scalable Cloud UC offering in UC-Line. We’re excited to work together on addressing the next wave of cloud communication evolution in Europe.”
